Jan Dobkowski

Painter, draftsman. He studied in the studio of Jan Cybis at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. In 1968 he received the Rector's Award for the best diploma. During his studies he created the artistic duo of Jerzy (Jurrym) Zielinski. In 1967 he organized a joint exhibition "Neo-Neo-Neo" in Warsaw club Medic. A year later, it was the first red-green image Dobkowski, which is currently in the collection of the Guggenheim Museum.
